The following license applies to the evaluation version of

Timba. If you have purchased a license for the registered

version of Timba, see the section titled "License

Agreement" below.

You should carefully read the following terms and

conditions before using this software. Unless you have a

different license agreement signed by Marcia Kinney, your

use of this software indicates your acceptance of this

license agreement and warranty.

This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use

this software for evaluation purposes without charge for

a period of 30 days. Any use beyond 30 days is a

violation of this license.

You are allowed to use Timba in the executable form only.

You have no right to create derivative works, translate,

decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or copy the

look-and-feel of Timba.

If you distribute Timba in violation of this Agreement,

you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the author

and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits,

including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use

or distribution of Timba in violation of this Agreement.

This license applies to the registered version of Timba.

If you are using an evaluation version of Timba, see the

section titled "Evaluation License" above.

You should carefully read the following terms and

conditions before using this software. Unless you have a

different license agreement signed by Marcia Kinney, your

use of this software indicates your acceptance of this

license agreement and warranty.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble

Timba. You have no right to sublicense, resell, lease,

rent or loan Timba without the express written permission

of Marcia Kinney. You may not transfer your license of

Timba to a third party.

If you distribute Timba in violation of this Agreement,

you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the author

and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits,

including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use

or distribution of Timba in violation of this Agreement.

Single User license (18 USD):

The Single User license allows a single person either to

use the software personally on one or more computers, or to

install it on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously

by multiple people, but not both.

People who have a Single User license may access the

registered version of Timba through a network, provided

that they have obtained individual licenses for the

software covering all workstations that will access the

software through the network. For instance, if 8 different

workstations will access Timba on the network, each

workstation must have its own license, regardless of

whether they use Timba at different times or concurrently.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS:

software, technology and related information are subject

to full compliance with all current US and international

regulations. These regulations prohibit transfers to

certain countries and nationals or residents of, or under

the control of, such countries. Currently, no software or

other content may be transferred to the following

countries: Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,

Syria, Yugoslavia, or to anyone on the US Treasury

Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals and

the US Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
